Spinach Artichoke Dip!

This is easy, delicious and you can substitute for reduced fat foods!
This Recipe is really easy and Oh So GOOOOOOD!

1 Box of frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
1 Package Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Can (14oz) Artichoke Hearts (drained & chopped)
1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Mayo
1/4 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 TBLSPOON of Olive Oil
Season with Salt & Pepper to Taste

Mix Cream cheese, mayo, cheese, olive oil and garlic salt until creamy. Blend in spinach & artichokes. Add salt and pepper to taste and Voila! Serve with Tortilla Chips, Fresh Veggies or Warm Soft Pita Bread!
