
SHAKES ARE YUMMY. YOU CAN MIX MANY DIFFERENT THINGS TOGETHER TO CHANGE IT UP AND GET ALL THE NUTRITION YOU NEED. IT'S FILLING AND GOOD FOR YOU! I MIX MINE WITH A SOY SHAKE MIX THAT HAS ALL THE VITAMINS AND NUTRITION I NEED IN A WELL BALANCED MEAL!
I WILL SHARE SOME REALLY YUMMY RECIPES SO YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN AT HOME!
*CHAI-BANANA SOY SHAKE*
1 BANANA
1 SCOOP OF CHAI POWDER (you can find this at the grocery or health food store)
1/2 Cup of Soy Milk
1 Cup of ICE
2 Scoops of SOY SHAKE MIX (optional)
Put this all in a blender and there you go!
*Strawberry Banana Shake
1 BANANA
1 SMALL CONTAINER OF STRAWBERRY YOGURT
1/2 CUP OF SOY MILK
1 CUP OF ICE
2 SCOOPS OF SOY SHAKE MIX (OPTIONAL)
Put this all in a blender and you got it!
*TROPICAL FRUIT SHAKE
1 CUP OF FROZEN MIXED FRUIT (PINAPPLE, STRAWBERRIES ETC)
1/2 CUP JUICE (ORANGE, PINAPPLE WHATEVER YOU LIKE)
1/2 CUP OF ICE
2 SCOOPS OF SOY SHAKE MIX (OPTIONAL)
Put this all in a blender and YUMMMMY!
*CHOCOLATE VANILLA SHAKE
1/2 CUP OF SOY MILK
2-3 tbs. OF CHOC. SYRUP
1 CUP OF ICE
2 SCOOPS OF SOY SHAKE MIX
Put this all in a blender and VOILA!!!
